My career perspective in the practice of law and business has always been “Work it out!” Litigation is the worst way to resolve disputes because of the economic costs, the excessive waste of time and the emotional burden. Encouraging parties in a dispute to work through issues and develop acceptable solutions is always the better path forward. Sometimes that can happen without a mediator, but when the involvement of a neutral third person to facilitate the conversation is necessary, please contact me.
