I have been an attorney in Colorado since 1997, practicing in the areas of water law, easements, real estate, commercial, and local government law. I have been a partner at Porzak Browning & Bushong LLP since 2005.
I have participated in a number of mediations relating to water rights, real estate, and easement disputes, including ditch rights and ditch easements.
I graduated from The Colorado College in 1985, attending as a Boettcher Scholar. I graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1997.
I completed the Fundamentals of Mediation course as part of the Colorado State University Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation program, and I completed the CBA/CLE Advanced Mediation Training taught by Judy Mares-Dixon (December 2019).
I am currently completing the LL.M. in Dispute Resolution program at Pepperdine University’s Caruso School of Law/Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.
