Pamala, the Founder and CEO of Renewed Hope, holds an M.S. in Counseling Psychology and has almost 30 years of experience in professional counseling, mediation, conflict resolution, life coaching, addiction counseling, domestic violence and sexual assault services, and cultural training and development.
Pamala’s expertise as a mediator includes successfully negotiating settlements in various areas such as community concerns, parenting plans, small claims matters, domestic relations/civil unions issues, divorce disputes, diversity and inclusion initiatives, personal injury cases, landlord/tenant disagreements, labor relations, workplace conflicts, employment issues.
