32+ years experience as a mediator, facilitator, ADR trainer and conflict consultant specializing in group facilitation, environmental, public policy, multi party, land use, business, community, organizational and workplace conflict management. U. S. Postal Service REDRESS Program (EEO/workplace mediation), 155 cases. Extensive experience in group facilitation (summer-fall, 2013: facilitator for the Adams County Stormwater Utility Task Force; fall, 2015: facilitator for the Residential Rate Setting Methodology Committee for the CO Office of Children, Youth & Families). Contract Executive Director (since 1/94) of Jefferson County Mediation Services, the County’s community mediation program (supervising 4 staff and 160+ volunteer mediators). Has conducted training seminars in dispute resolution for the federal government, local governments, the U.S. Postal Service, private training organizations and at professional conferences. Past Board of Directors member and member of the Marketing and Legislative Committees of theMAC. Community Conflict Resolution Representative to the Advisory Committee for the Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution (2011-2018).
