Fletcher Mediation Services (FMS) was founded to resolve disputes, conduct meditative investigations, and provide climate and business analyses for alleged Title VI, VII, and IX incidents occurring in commercial and educational settings (e.g., school districts, charter schools, universities, etc.). The founder, Dr. Louis Fletcher, is a graduate of Pepperdine’s Caruso School of Law with a specialization in alternative dispute resolution. He leads his team of investigators and peacemakers with the integrity, confidentiality, and discretion required to evaluate issues, resolve disputes, and restore organizational civility, which abrogates the need for litigation. Additionally, FMS offers proactive training in conflict resolution and restorative practices.
