Kathleen McNamara is a licensed psychologist in private practice in Fort Collins, Colorado. She specializes in working with families in conflict. In addition to mediating family disputes, she conducts Early Neutral Assessments and Parental Responsibility Evaluations, reunification therapy with alienated children, serves as a Parent Coordinator/Decision-Maker, and provides consultation to attorneys and mental health professionals on high conflict cases. Before devoting herself to full-time private practice in 1998, she was a tenured faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Colorado State University where was a teacher, researcher and administrator for fourteen years. She is a member of the American and Colorado Psychological Associations (APA,CPA), serves on the Ethics committee of CPA, and is the current president of the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
