Amber is the Owner and Mediator at Hilltop Mediation, LLC. She also teaches conflict resolution, negotiation, and research at the University of Denver’s University College. Amber previously was the Division Director and Lead Mediator at Pesch Law Office. Amber started mediating in Douglas County’s small claims and county court civil mediation program, as well as Jefferson County Mediation Services. She previously worked for conflict resolution organizations including the Organization of American States, the International Peace and Security Institute, and the Center for Peacebuilding and Development. She served on the board of directors for her own HOA, as the board of directors’ secretary at Project Worthmore, and as the vice chair on the board of directors at Youth on Record.

Amber earned her master’s degree in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University, as well as her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Luther College. She is an avid runner and committed professional to providing alternative dispute resolution services for the Colorado community.

Amber mediates with neighbors, HOAs, landlords, tenants, property managers, families, contract disputes, and nonprofits.
