As a professional mediator and former trial lawyer, I value mediation as an important part of dispute resolution not only to the parties, counsel and those impacted, but also to to the court process. For almost 30 years I have focused on solving disputes in the civil arena and have mediated over 600 cases. I mediate in the areas of including civil, family, commercial, personal injury, business, real estate, construction defect, probate and elder, employment, HOA, insurance, and property matters. I have offices throughout the Denver area and Colorado. I do not charge for travel time, and am available to mediate or arbitrate state-wide as well as nationally. I also offer on-line video conference mediation and arbitration. Please feel free to visit my website: www.foothillsmediation.com, call me with any questions, 303.725.7988 or email: email@example.com.
In addition, my alternative dispute resolution training includes over 100 training hours through the Colorado Bar Association as well as advanced mediation training from a variety of professional organizations. I have also participated in hundreds of mediations over the years in a wide variety of areas in the civil and domestic areas. I mediate cases pending in the courts as well as pre-suit matters, and volunteer with Jefferson County Mediation Services. The processes of mediation and/or settlement conferences can provide a great alternative to resolution for the parties.
I am currently the immediate past Chair of the ADR Section of the Colorado Bar Association, a member of the Colorado Judicial Institute, and a board member of the Mediation Association Association of Colorado. I am also a member of the American Association of Attorney Mediators as well as the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
