Schedule with Morgan

Morgan Tregenza has been mediating for ten years. She ardently believes in this process and sees the real benefit to parties in dispute.  She has served parties as an attorney navigating litigation and trial, and has come to appreciate that the best outcomes are realized when the parties to the case are empowered with solving their very own issues—here satisfaction is met with efficiency and economy. She believes that the process of mediation can be the key to having outcomes that are both sustainable and carefully considers the nuances of the unique individuals involved.

She is the President to the Board of the Mediation Association of Colorado where she enjoys continuing to foster conversations that both bring the mediation community together, but also continues to be an advocate to proliferate this process and awareness for it, both locally and legislatively. She is a Lead Mediator for Court Mediation Services (CMS), a part of the Denver/Colorado Bar Association. She mediates for Jefferson County Courts. She also mediates for the Better Business Bureau. As a Professional Mediator Ms. Tregenza services numerous entities in Colorado, including her private practices, and thus, her mediation experience is expansive. She mediates for small claims, district and civil court, real estate disputes, landlord/tenant, FED, HOA, employment disputes, and probate. Ms. Tregenza’s private mediation practice, Zenith Resolutions serves all of Colorado. Be Levelheaded Incorporated serves businesses throughout the United States and beyond as a technical platform for your mediation needs.

She recently started a second mediation business where she hopes to make mediation more accessible to folks throughout Colorado –from more rural locations, to parties who might not otherwise think they have access–through the use of a custom online mediation tool. Ms. Tregenza ardently believes that the practice of mediation should be accessible to all parties in dispute, and continues to see the genuine benefits that mediation provides when people are given the opportunity to resolve disputes on their own terms with the help of a mediation professional.

Ms. Tregenza received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Philosophy from the University of Colorado at Boulder and also studied abroad at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England. She received her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in San Diego. Having been born and raised in a small southwestern town of  Colorado, Ms. Tregenza is eager to be back in her home state where she helps to promote and provide mediation services to communities throughout the Rocky Mountains.
