For the past 17 years, I have mediated cases involving the following types of disputes: Real Estate (earnest money), Homeowners Associations, Domestic Relations (including Parenting Time, Child Support, Maintenance and Property Division), Contracts and B2B conflicts.
My experience also includes facilitating community and neighborhood meetings related to land development and zoning projects. As Executive Director of Court Mediation Services, I also mentor, coach and train mediators.
Currently my mediations are conducted remotely via zoom.
