Ms Brinley is a certified mediator with over a decade of mediation experience. She received her law degree from George Washington University School of Law, and her bachelors in psychology degree cum laude from Bucknell University. She is a also certified Parenting Coordinator/Decision Maker (PCDM), certified Restorative Justice facilitator, certified in motivational interviewing, and a trained crisis counselor. In addition, Ms. Brinley has extensive training in parenting skills; mental health matters, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress management, suicide prevention, trauma, personality disorders, addiction and substance abuse, and the effects of such concerns on decision-making, parenting skills and life skills. She is a professional member of the Mediators’ Association of Colorado (MAC), a member of the Maryland Bar and District of Columbia Bar Associations (inactive attorney member), the Colorado Bar Association (mediator member), the Boulder Interdisciplinary Committee (organization focused on domestic issues) and the Association of Family Conciliation Courts. Ms. Brinley also serves on the board of the Parent Engagement Network, a non profit dedicated to helping parents raise happier, healthier youth.
Ms. Brinley believes that many domestic disputes can be resolved amicably if the parties come to mediation with an open heart and an open mind.

Hours Available: Monday – Friday 9:00 – 6:00. Evenings and weekends by appointment. Hourly Charge: mediation $160 per hour ($80 per party per hour); PCDM work $180 per hour. Sliding Scale available.
