Arnie Swartz is a well known mediator, constultant and mediator instructor who has been a working in this field since 1983. He has trained mediators in the United States and Canada and has given numberous presentations at local, state and national conferences. Arnold Swartz and Associates was formed in 1989 out of a commitment to provide the highest quality mediation service at a reasonable cost for family, commercial and organizational disputes. We provide assistance to separating, divorcing and divorced couples in resolving parenting and financial issues. We also offer a colloborative process for creating prenuptual agreements.
