Rhonda is an Associate Attorney at Gebhard Emerson Moodie Bonanno, LLC, practicing in all areas of family law. Rhonda previously worked as a Deputy District Attorney at the Adams County District Attorney’s Office, where she gained invaluable trial experience prosecuting a wide range of cases, to include domestic violence matters involving children.
Rhonda graduated from the University of Colorado Law School, where she obtained her mediation certificate. During law school, Rhonda was a law clerk to Judge Furman on the Colorado Court of Appeals, where she completed intensive research and writing projects in association with Judge Furman’s appellate decisions. In addition, Rhonda completed an internship with the Boulder County District Attorney.
While Rhonda is originally from Edmond, Oklahoma, she attended Rice University for her undergraduate degree, where she majored in English and Asian Studies and spent summers studying Mandarin in various parts of China. After college and prior to law school, Rhonda had a career in Management Consulting.
Despite her background as a trial attorney, Rhonda’s goal is to help families reduce conflict, generate creative solutions to address contentious situations, and transition into new chapters of life with as much ease as possible.
