Patricia Martin is a mediator with the Office of Dispute Resolution and provides private mediation and arbitration services, both in office and via Webex. Patricia has mediated well over 6,000 cases, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, contempt, post decree matters and probate/guardianship matters. Patricia is the primary mediator for dependency and neglect cases in El Paso County. Patricia is available to mediate in her offices in El Paso County, or in the South Denver/Littleton/Englewood area. Patricia uses a caucus style of mediation. Patricia has been awarded the Colorado Springs Style Top Lawyer award for Mediation in 2019, 2020, and again in 2021.
Patricia holds a B.A. from the University of California at Davis, a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. She is in active practice in El Paso County, serving in other neutral roles such as Child’s Legal Representative (CLR), Guardian ad Litem (GAL), and Parenting Coordinator/Decision Maker (PCDM).
