Kiplund Kolkmeier

Kiplund “Kip” Kolkmeier is a retired attorney with over 35 years of experience in advocacy, negotiation, and mediation. A graduate of Stanford University and Loyola University School of Law, Mr. Kolkmeier was a partner with Sidley Austin and Of Cousel to Perkins Coie.

His practice is now exclusively dedicated to volunteering as a mediator in the 1st Judicial District and the City of Lakewood community mediation program. Previously, he volunteered as a mediator for Boulder County courts. Mr. Kolkmeier also volunteers as a Board member for the Mediation Association of Colorado, and serves of the MAC’s legislative committee, an appointed member of the Jefferson County Board of Adjustment, Vice Chair of the Lakewood Advisory Commission, Chair of the 1st Judicial District Access to Justice Committee, and as a Trustee for Mountain View Friends Meeting.
