Mike had conducted mediations with federal judges for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission since 1999, and can provide references and formal letters of commendation from Federal judges upon request. Respected as a leader in his practice, at the firm, and on boards, Mike is a former chair of the firm’s Corporate Department and the founder of its Transactional Health Care practice. In both roles, he was a consensus builder, leading large, complex teams through strategic planning, management, marketing, professional development and talent. Mike has served on firm management committees responsible for talent management and professional development. He has taken leadership roles on seven different boards, and, in recognition of his understanding of board dynamics and effectiveness, his peers selected him to chair four of those boards during their most challenging times.
