$30.00Court Mediation Services (CMS) is a Denver Bar Association sponsored organization with the goal of providing “Less Risk, More Control” to litigants through mediation.
On January 25th CMS is offering an on-line seminar entitled “The Basics of Civil Procedure.” Beginning at 2PM, the two hour seminar is intended to help non-attorney mediators understand the multiple steps involved in Civil Court cases, from the filing of the Original Complaint through to case settlement/dismissal. CMS mediators Toni Ozeroff and James Carr will host the event, which will include a presentation from Denver County Court Self-Represented Litigant Coordinator Jordan Sagle. The seminar is open to all interested parties, and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share insights at the conclusion.

The ZOOM meeting invitation will be sent to all registrants 24 hours prior to the session.
