This training teaches mediators how to ask open-ended questions, that help identify and reveal the real issues between parties. Better questions from mediators also help the parties themselves problem solve and come up with the best solutions for their own situation, which is one of the keys of facilitative mediation.
This is a two-hour online training costs $100 ($79 for CCC volunteers).
