Course: HOA Mediation and Conflict Management
May 23-25, 2022 @ 8:15 am – 4:45 pm $650 via online learning through zoom platform
Imagine your 3 x 10 foot patch of grass is mowed by the lawn care company hired by the HOA and the strong-willed neighbor insists that she mows her own postage stamp piece of grass. Or the creative neighbor that wishes to paint all the utility boxes in the neighborhood like decorative birdhouses. They are cute, but not everyone in the neighborhood appreciates her talent. Stage right: enter conflict and the mediator.
Homeowner Associations can be one of the most frustrating organizations with which to work.
