40-Hour Basic Mediation Training

Join Phoenix Strategies for our 40-Hour Basic Mediation and Conflict Management.  This course builds a foundation of conflict theory and practice applicable to your preparation to be a mediator.  You will identify and create new behaviors and skills to powerfully mediate people in dispute. Learn to modify past learned behaviors, develop basic essential skills, and effectively mediate with minimal mentor support through integration of theory and practice, modeling, exercises, and simulations.

This course is for anyone involved in conflict management on a personal and professional level and meets all Colorado requirements to practice mediation.

Approved CLEs: General 31 and Ethics 8.4   Approved and regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education Private Occupational School Board.
