Phoenix Strategies, Inc. offers this once-a-year opportunity to take the 40-Hour Basic Mediation Course on the weekend! You will meet each Saturday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with a 45-minute lunch and two short breaks) for a total of 5 weeks in a row. This course builds a foundation of conflict theory and practice applicable to your preparation to be a mediator. You will identify and create new behaviors and skills to powerfully mediate people in dispute. Phoenix Strategies provides a synchronous live learning environment with seasoned mediators that give valuable feedback. This 40-hour basic mediation course meets all Colorado requirements to practice mediation. Approved CLEs: General 31 and Ethics 8.4 Approved and regulated by the Colorado Department of Higher Education Private Occupational School Board.
