Phoenix Strategies, Inc. builds a foundation of conflict theory and practice applicable to your preparation to be mediator. You will identify and create new behaviors and skills to powerfully mediate people in dispute. Phoenix Strategies provides a synchronous live learning environment with seasoned mediators that give valuable feedback. This 40-hour basic course prepares excellent mediators and meets all Colorado requirements to practice mediation. Approved CLEs: General 31 and Ethics 8.4
