The Mediators’ Table is a monthly discussion focused on providing professional development conversations and ideas for theMAC members. Mediators of all different experience levels and backgrounds are invited to join.
At the first Mediators’ Table, ideas were generated for upcoming conversations. Suggestions included mentoring, how other backgrounds/skills can increase the demand for mediation, marketing mediation to other industries, mediating civil cases, getting substantive training, using language and interpreters in mediation, socioeconomic considerations in mediation, and benefits of theMAC membership.
