As a professional mediator and former trial lawyer, I value the mediation process as an important part of legal process not only to the parties, counsel and those impacted, but also to to the court process. For almost 30 years I have focused on solving disputes in the civil arena. I represented parties in many areas of I mediate including civil, family, personal injury, business, real estate, construction defect, probate and elder, employment, HOA, business, insurance, and property matters.  I have offices throughout the Denver area.  I  do not charge for travel time, and am available to mediate or arbitrate state-wide as well as nationally.

In addition, my alternative dispute resolution training includes over 80 training hours through the Colorado Bar Association, having mediated over 500 cases. I have also participated in hundreds of mediations over the years in a wide variety of areas in the civil and domestic areas.  I mediate cases pending in the courts as well as pre-suit matters, and volunteer with Jefferson County Mediation Services. The processes of mediation and/or settlement conferences can provide a great alternative to resolution for the parties.

I am presently the Chair of the ADR Section of the Colorado Bar Association, a member of the Colorado Judicial Institute, and a board member of the Mediation Association Association of Colorado.

My resume is below:
