The most comprehensive, hands-on Divorce Mediation training in Colorado! Participants will review the legal process of marriage dissolution including court papers, examine potential financial and tax ramifications and issues related to the division of assets/liabilities, learn and practice all components of crafting a separation agreement and parenting plan. All students participate in interactive role plays and scenarios relevant to divorce situations. Phoenix Strategies, Inc. trains the collaborative, facilitative, interest-based model with small class size for optimal learning.
