Join us in Colorado Springs for an optimal training experience!  (CLE’s available) Phoenix Strategies, Inc. trains the Collaborative, Facilitative, Interest-Based Model. We provide extensive skill-building exercises, video recorded role playing, and a 1:4 coaching ratio throughout the 5-day training.  Participants review conflict theories, differentiate negotiation techniques, practice communication strategies and techniques, learn and practice the collaborative mediation process, and review ethics and statutes that govern mediation practices.  In addition, students practice developing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). PSI, Inc. is an approved and regulated school by Colorado Dept. of Higher Education.
