Alumni communications    Phoenix Strategies\, Inc. trains the collaborative\, facilitative\, interest-based model with participant video recording for optimal learning.  Participants will     Become familiar with employment statutes and regulatory agencies.   Become acquainted with the workplace setting and impact on employment disputes.   Assess\, strategize and participate in workplace cases and mediation scenarios.   Practice techniques that foster relationships and collaboration.   Participate in interactive role plays and scenarios relevant to workplace situations.    PSI\, Inc. is an approved and regulated school by the Colorado Department of Higher Education. All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion the last day of the course.
