Phoenix Strategies, Inc. trains the collaborative, facilitative, interest-based model with participant video recording for optimal learning.  Participants will

  • Become familiar with employment statutes and regulatory agencies.
  • Become acquainted with the workplace setting and impact on employment disputes.
  • Assess, strategize and participate in workplace cases and mediation scenarios.
  • Practice techniques that foster relationships and collaboration.
  • Participate in interactive role plays and scenarios relevant to workplace situations.

PSI, Inc. is an approved and regulated school by the Colorado Department of Higher Education. All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion the last day of the course.
