What should a mediator provide to a judge after a court-ordered mediation?

In a court ordered/ mandatory mediation, can the mediator give to the courts a “compliance of mediation”, or should it be a report of mediation? I am not sure we can report compliance (shouldn’t that be the court’s decision) and I would think that we simply report if the mediation did or did not...
